During the ninth edition of “Legalcommunity Week” (Milan, June 9-13), NIUS will actively contribute to the ongoing dialogue on the future of law and work, participating as a Partner of the event.
Among the scheduled events, NIUS is set to host the public roundtable “Digitalization and Employment”, which will take place on June 10th, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, at Hotel Principe di Savoia (Piazza della Repubblica 17, Milan).
This international, multidisciplinary discussion will focus on the impact of digitalization and artificial intelligence on the labor market, featuring high-profile experts from the corporate and legal sectors.
Alessandro Paone and Michela Bani, NIUS co-founders, will offer a practical and in-depth perspective on the relationship between digital transformation, emerging skills, and new models of work organization.
Alessandro Paone, labor lawyer and Expert Advisor to the Minister of Labor, will share insights based on his institutional and negotiation experience — including his recent address to the Italian Chamber of Deputies during the country’s first parliamentary inquiry on work and artificial intelligence.
Michela Bani, with strong expertise in HR consulting and a problem-solving approach, will draw on her experience supporting multinational and Italian companies in the strategic and day-to-day management of human resources, with a practical look at the organizational implications of digital transition.
