The collaboration between NIUS and Chambers and Partners continues with the new “Employee Incentives 2025 Global Guide”

Reading time: 4 min 30 sec

The new Chambers and Partners guide is now available, marking the return of NIUS lawyers among its prestigious contributors. The document provides an in-depth analysis of employee incentives in the international context, examining the main legal and tax issues related to stock and cash plans.

Covering eight jurisdictions, the new guide outlines the regulations governing incentive agreements between companies and their employees, highlighting those that are most tax-efficient with an updated and comprehensive overview.

Once again, the NIUS team has contributed to the chapters dedicated to Italian jurisdiction. The first chapter provides a detailed analysis of the different incentive plans and their legal and tax implications, in addition to discussing regulations on remuneration, corporate governance, and disclosure obligations. The second chapter examines the Italian compensation policies, offering a complete overview of emerging trends and evolving dynamics, with a forward-looking perspective.

We are very proud to continue our collaboration with Chambers and Partners and are confident that we will continue on this path in the future.
